Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I had a very important document to sign and send at midnight one night and PDFfiller was recommended as a possible avenue. It was so easy to set up and even easier to use. I've used it a number of times since.

In general its an effective tool. I don't like that it will NOT allow you to leave spaces (eg. 1.5/2.0) spaces been typed words. So everthing looks to compact and scrunched in - definatelt a flaw!

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

I cancelled the subscription 11/11/2021 and pdffiller took my money via PayPal at 11/12/2021. I don't understand why. It's no honest. I don't even have an account on your site
