It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

It works for what its for and has some nice features like saved signatures. If you're commonly using this its probably worth getting.

What I personally liked about this product is the convenience.
When using such a valuable product as pdfFiller it is nearly impossible to rate it lowly.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.

How do you calculate net rentable area?
To calculate rentable square footage for a smaller (less than full-floor) tenant, first multiply the usable square footage by the floor common factor, then multiply that result by the building common factor.
How is rentable area calculated?
The Rentable Area of floor area is computed by measuring to the inside finished surface of the dominant portions of the permanent outer building walls, excluding any major vertical penetrations of the floor. No deduction is made for columns and projections necessary to the building.
How is rentable space calculated?
Load factor is calculated by dividing building's total rentable square feet by the total usable square feet. This load factor is then multiplied by the tenant's usable square feet to find the rentable square feet for the space.

What is rentable area?

NET RENTABLE AREA. Building's actual square-unit ready for lease or rent to tenants. This is the area used to compute expected lease or rental payments. Common areas, elevator shafts, stairways, and space devoted to cooling, heating, or other equipment are typical excluded areas.
