Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about. The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document. Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Buddy argues that “power posing” -- standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don't feel confident -- can boost feelings of confidence, and might have an impact on our chances for success.
Amy Buddy: Does Body Language Shape Who You Are? Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Buddy shows how “power posing” can affect our brains, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.
In an experiment we found people's hormones and stress levels changed according to their pose. So it seems that our nonverbal do govern how we think and feel about ourselves, so it's not just others, but it's also ourselves. Our bodies do change our minds. This is the idea of fake it till you make it.
But she proved them wrong. Today, Buddy is a professor and researcher at Harvard Business School, where she studies how nonverbal behavior and snap judgments affect people from the classroom to the boardroom.
Two-minute tweaks = big changes So before you go into the next stressful situation (e.g. a pitch meeting), find a private space, take two minutes to get into a power pose for two minutes and to reconfigure your brain. You'll get your testosterone up and get your cortisol down.

First, you'll need to insert a shape by going to Insert > Shapes. We're going to use a nice rounded rectangle, which by default will be filled in with blue. Right-click anywhere in your shape and click the Add Text command. This places an insertion point in the shape where you can type your text.
To convert text into a shape, right-click on the text layer, and choose Convert To Shape. Then select the Direct Selection tool (the white arrow tool) by pressing Shift A and click-and-drag the points in the path to give the characters a new shape.
