I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.

I have not found any thing yet that I dislike about PDF filler. I tried to think and I just cannot think of anything that I don't like. It works for my needs.

Time saver is the biggest. It no longer takes me 30 minutes to complete a form handwritten. I just download it to pdf filler and go in and type in the answers. I use it every single day and it saves so much of my time and my time is valuable so it is also saving our company money.

Customer Service Online messaging rep.. I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.
