Shape Email Text: make editing documents online a breeze

The Portable Document Format or PDF is a popular file format used in business, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they'll be readable and writable the same way. PDF documents will appear the same, regardless of whether you open them on Mac, a Microsoft one or use a phone.

Data protection is one of the main reasons users in business choose PDF files to share and store data. Some platforms offer opening history to track down people who read or completed the document before without your notice.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, modify, sign, and send PDF files using just one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google spreadsheet and start editing its appearance and create fillable fields to make it a singable document. Forward it to others by fax, email or via sharing link, and get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Change a document’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Ask other people to complete the document. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send documents to sign.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Browse for your document through the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
To modify the content of your document, click the 'Tools' tab and follow the instructions.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

Good but very expensive; if I could open and fill PDFs on my computer, I would do so, but my computer, for whatever reason, will not allow me to. Also, lining up the characters/text could be better?? But thank you - it's still a lifesaver!

It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
On the Insert tab, click Shapes. Click the shape you want, click anywhere in the workspace, and then drag to place the shape. To create a perfect square or circle (or constrain the dimensions of other shapes), press and hold Shift while you drag.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes, and then click the shape that you want. Drag to create the shape. The shape is automatically selected. On the Drawing Tools tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Text. Type the text that you want.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes. Underlines, click Curve. Click where you want the curve to start, drag to draw, and then click wherever you want to add a curve. To end a shape, do one of the following: To leave the shape open, double-click at any time.
First, you'll need to insert a shape by going to Insert > Shapes. We're going to use a nice rounded rectangle, which by default will be filled in with blue. Right-click anywhere in your shape and click the Add Text command. This places an insertion point in the shape where you can type your text.
If you want to use drawing in Outlook, the Draw tab is enabled by default on touch-enabled devices like the Microsoft Surface Pro. If you are not on a touch-enabled device, you can go to Customize Ribbon and select the Draw tab, to use a mouse or trackpad.
To change the shape style: Choosing a shape style allows you to apply preset colors and effects to quickly change the appearance of your shape. On the Format tab, click the More drop-down arrow in the Shape Styles group. A drop-down menu of styles will appear. Select the style you want to use.
