This is my second time using this program & I don't recall having to line up the cursor each time where I wished to type. It would be easier to tab between fields.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Click the shape that you want to change. To select multiple shapes, press and hold CTRL while you click the shapes. Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Insert Shapes group, click Edit Shape. Point to Change Shape, and then click the shape that you want.
When you select a shape, Excel appears a Drawing Tools toolbar: Under Drawing Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the launch pad: Right-click on the selected shape and choose Format Shape in popup menu: In the Format Shape pane, choose format options:
Click the shape that you want to fill. To add the same fill to multiple shapes, click the first shape, and then press and hold Ctrl while you click the other shapes. On the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow next to Shape Fill.
Excel: Place Cell Contents in a Shape. Select the shape. Click in the formula bar and type =A1. When you press Enter, the value from A1 will appear in the shape.
In the Insert Shapes dialog, you use the Edit Shape, Change Shape command to choose another shape style. If you right-click a shape and choose Format Shape, Excel displays the Format Shape dialog, with the fine-tuning settings Fill, Line, Line Style, Shadow, 3D Format, 3D Rotation, and Text Placement.
Unfortunately there is no direct way to apply conditional formatting to a shape in Excel. However, there are a few simple workarounds that can get the job done.
Because the shape will hide the cell contents, you do not need to type anything in the cells you want to round their corners. Click Insert > Shape, and select the shape you need from the Rectangles section of the list. 2. Then draw the shape to meet your needed size and position.
