Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to
Nothing! You can pretty much find any document form needed in their library to assist you with your needs. You can even edit the document if need be.

Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!

palmar X is actually it's a great pharmacy if the people the employees are very friendly it's very convenient for me it's closer to my home they always greet me with a smile and say my name they always explain to me about my medicine other than that the employees are just great you know it's a very good home feeling when you coming in at fountain rx we had several motivations to become accredited for both our compounding and specialty pharmacy services at the time of our accreditation there were only a handful of pharmacies in the state that have peak have accreditation and very few within a hundred miles of the store also feel like accreditation gives us credibility with referral sources it demonstrates the commitment that we have the excellence here at fountain rx and we follow the same track with our specialty pharmacy accreditation as we've been able to leverage that into relationships with payers manufacturers and referral sources you know we open fountain rx in 2012 is just a traditional community retail pharmacy and we've now grown into a thriving compounding specialty in retail pharmacy and really ACHC has been instrumental in helping us shape those business practices we've worked with multiple companies and we've obtained multiple accreditations here at found rx but with ACHC just the relationship that we were able to build with the leadership team we felt like they represented the values and the priorities that we seek after here at fountain rx their commitment to excellence for both the compounding and specialty pharmacy really aligns with the commitments that we have here at fountain rx to quality and excellence you know the ACHC survey when they came out it was unique in the fact that they really spent time with our staff you know a lot of times surveyors come out and it feels more like checking the box but that was not the case with ACHC they did a great job could really tell they invested in the time they spent with our team here you know some people probably look at accreditation as an unnecessary expenditure but really I see it more as a necessary investment and to the well-being of the business and the patients that we serve here at fountain
