Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Ease of use and broadness of applicability.
What do you dislike?
Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise.

Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.
