Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.

Why can't I send a PDF via text on iPhone?
To access this, go to your iPhone settings and select “Messages.” From there, locate the MMS messaging option and make sure that it is turned on. If it is turned off, toggle the slider to turn it on and send the PDF file again.
How do I forward a PDF from my iPhone to email?
Send files from Files on iPhone Touch and hold the file, then tap Share. Tip: To send a smaller version of the file, tap Compress before you tap Share. ... Choose an option for sending (for example, AirDrop, Messages, or Mail), then tap Send.
How do you share a PDF on email?
There will be an Attach option any time you compose a new email. Browse your computer and choose the PDF that is saved and it will be sent with your email....Click on the menu in the left upper corner. Click on Send in the left-hand panel. Then select Email. Click on the Send button.
Why can't I send a PDF over text?
Technically, you can send a PDF in a text message. Rather than sending as an SMS message, it becomes a multimedia message much like a photo or video. This requires loading the entire PDF into the message, however, which is not practical and some phones will block this process if the file is too large.
