Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.

I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. It would have taken me days to complete! When I discovered PDFfiller online it was like my guardian angel had guided me to the site! The user friendly site was easy to navagate and had easy to understand instructions. It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.
