I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. Using the app has been pretty easy so far Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.
