How to Use the Share Comment Document Feature in pdfFiller

The Share Comment Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily collaborate with others by sharing your documents and receiving their comments. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to share in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Share' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

A pop-up window will appear with sharing options. Choose the 'Comment' option.

Enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the document with. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas.

Select the permission level for each recipient. You can choose between 'Can Comment' and 'Can Edit'.

If you want to include a message along with the shared document, you can enter it in the 'Message' field.

Click on the 'Share' button to send the document.

The recipients will receive an email notification with a link to access the shared document.

They can click on the link to open the document in pdfFiller and add their comments.

You will be notified of any comments made by the recipients, and you can view and respond to them within pdfFiller.
