PDF Filler is great Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs. I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
When writing in American English, the right way to write a date is: May 1, 2016. The month always comes before the date and year. But, in a statement, you have to use ordinal numbers first and write. For example: The seminar will be held on the third of May 2016.
According to Wikipedia, the only countries that use the MM/DD/YYY system are the US, the Philippines, Paley, Canada, and Micronesia.
The YYY — MM — DD format is the only method of writing a numeric date in Canada that allows unambiguous interpretation, and the only officially recommended format. The presence of the DD / MM / BY (international) and MM / DD / BY (American) formats often results in misinterpretation.
Using Numbers. Use YYYY-MM-DD to write the date in the international standard format. This is the most common way to write a numerical date in Canada. If you see a form indicating that the date must be written in this format, this means that you write the year (YYY) first, the month (MM) second, and the day (DD) last.
According to Wikipedia, the only countries that use the MM/DD/YYY system are the US, the Philippines, Paley, Canada, and Micronesia.
Short format: dd/mm/YYY (Day first, month number and year in left-to-right writing direction) in Afar, French and Somali (“d/m/by” is a common alternative).
As someone who grew up in Canada close to the American boarder, for informal dates (school assignments, notes, etc), both DD/MM/YYY and MM/DD/YYY would be acceptable. *Canadian passports actually spell out the month, but it's still between the day and year.
How To Write The Date In Different Countries. You'd think something as common and important as writing dates would be standardized by now. And in fact it is, ISO 8601 sets the international standard for writing dates as YYYY-MM-DD. However, as the map above shows, that format is not commonly used outside of East Asia.
