Easy to use with lots of options. Worth the $$ just to make it easier to modify documents, since everything is digital/email these days.

How can I share my email account?
On your computer, open Gmail. You can't add delegates from the Gmail app. In the top right, click Settings. Click Settings. Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab. In the “Grant access to your account” section, click Add another account. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. Click Next Step.

How do I use one email for multiple users?
Create your new Gmail address, if you don't already have one. Go to the platform or service where you want to create multiple user accounts, and create one account using your original Gmail address. Now start creating another user account on the same platform or service.
Can multiple users use the same Gmail account?
Each Gmail account is intended and designed for use by an individual user. If you have multiple users frequently accessing the same account from various locations, you may reach a Gmail threshold and your account will be temporarily locked down.
Can I create an email account for someone else?
Can I create an email address for someone else without interfering with my own email? Yes, as long as you are logged out of your account. You will need to input their name, a new email address, and a different password. Typing “Your current email address” to make a new Gmail account is optional.
