It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. I love the site, I don't like all of the pop ups though! I constantly have to click out of the pop ups when opening a new form. That is my only complaint! But, all in all, I love this site and it helps me be more efficient.
