Works well but continues to have security issues in connecting with my Google Drive account. Each time I open a PDF in Drive using the PDFFiller App, I get an Unsafe warning. Please clear this problem up. I don't have the time or energy to do your survey right now, perhaps in the future.

PDF filler is easy to use and let's me change documents as needed.Unfortunately, some of the features available on the computer are not available on the Ipad. Creating fill in lines for example.

Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

It's so user friendly and very robust in the many changes that I need to make to any given file.

I wish it would allow you to add more than 5 pages at one time when I'm trying to make changes to a several documents and uploading it into one main file.

Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

Great Tool!
PDFfiller is wonderful for all those documents we have to go through and all the contracts we need done. They help fill in and make sure everything is in its place.
We have no issues as of yet with the system. It has been very helpful in fast filling the doucments we need.

How do you execute a Lady Bird deed?
avoid probate of the property. Keep the right to use and profit from the property for your lifetime. Keep the right to sell the property at any time. Avoid making a gift that might be subject to federal gift tax. Avoid jeopardizing your eligibility for Medicaid.
How does a ladybird deed work?
A lady bird deed (also called a ladybird deed or an enhanced life estate deed) is a special form of life estate deed that gives the owner continued control over the property until his or her death. Once the owner dies, the property is transferred automatically to new owners without the need for probate.
What do you do with a lady bird's death deed?
After the owner's death, the default beneficiary only has to record the death certificate and file a Property Transfer Affidavit with the local assessor. (If a default beneficiary plans to use the property as his or her own residence, he or she should also apply for a Principal Residence Exemption for property taxes.)
Does a Lady Bird deed supersede a will?

What states recognize Ladybird deeds?
An enhanced life estate deed is a special type of deed recognized by common law in five states: Florida, Michigan, Texas, Vermont, and West Virginia. Also, sometimes called “Lady Bird” deeds, they can be used to transfer ownership of real estate outside of probate to beneficiaries named in the deed.
