The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Thank you for your services! I’ve been working on a very important document to correct my military records, for seven years I’ve been working towards correcting an Ilegal discharge from active duty from the Army. In February I received news that changed my while direction so I started over from scratch. My draft is now complete and now I have all the evidence and events storyboard complete. There was a very important PDF from 2012 that is no longer available on the .gov website so I resorted to Google and found it on your site. Your site helped me to gather the necessary blank PDF forms that proved they did indeed break thelaw. It was a lifesaver for me!

How do I export highlights from a PDF?
Go to File menu and then select Export PDF with Annotations. A pop-up window will prompt you to select if you'd like to export the PDF contents with the notes and highlights, or just the notes. Once you've made your choice, click OK and select the location and name you'd like to save the file.
How do I print highlighted text?
If you don't want to waste your ink and paper printing an entire page just print what you select. Highlight the text and / or images you want to print. Now in your browser go to File > Print or simply use the Ctrl + P keyboard combination. The Print screen comes up.
How do I select all highlights in PDF?
1 Answer. Open the Comments List, select all (Ctrl+A), right-click one of the comments and go to Properties. Change the color and you're done. That “ellipsis” is just to show you that that comment is selected.
How do I remove all highlighted text in PDF?
Delete All Highlights in PDF Make sure the “Select” tool is enabled, then right-click the highlight to choose “Select All”, then all the highlight on this page will be selected automatically, you can press the “Delete” key to remove them all.
Can you find highlighted text in PDF?
Search for Highlighted Text. To search for the highlighted text, again click on “Comment” and then the “Comment” icon in the left vertical toolbar. Once you click on it, all the highlighted text will appear in another bar next to the vertical toolbar. Now, you can select anyone from the list to check it.
