How do I make a photo transfer?
Step 1: Apply Gel Medium. Brush a thin, even layer of gel medium over the front side of your photo, making sure it covers the whole surface. Step 2: Smooth and Dry. Gently place the photo face down on the wood. Step 3: Wet Image. It's time to soak the transfer. Step 4: Remove Paper Backing. Step 5: Seal and Finish.
How do you make a transfer of a picture?
Print image on regular paper or special paper (Tom Palisade Image Transfer Paper) with laser printer. Use mirror image for anything with text. Apply layer of acrylic polyurethane to wood. Apply image, face down. Gently press out bubbles and wrinkles. Allow drying. Dampen and gently rub off paper.
