I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

The level of communication the team has…
The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

listen I appreciate your services and recommend it to anyone based on their ability to process a financial authorization and so I didn't want PDF-filler to be discouraged but I'm sensitive to express I have to revisit your advisory environment some time after the year is up!
