Does it all The best program to work with documents Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system. If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

If a shareholder changes their name, they'll often request a new share certificate. Before issuing a replacement, the company should request evidence of the name change. This will most commonly be in the form of a marriage or deed poll certificate.
Make a request to the DP for deleting the name(s) of the deceased as per Transmission Form. Submit a DR along with the security certificates and the documents mentioned above to the DP.
Submit the signed stock ownership certificate, the stock power form and W-9 form to your brokerage firm or the company you have stock through. If you are changing your own name, due to marriage, divorce or court order, include a certified court document that verifies and authenticates your name change.
Request Letter mentioning the reason for the name change. Affidavit. Attested copies of Marriage Certificate or Gazette Notification. Self Attested copy PAN Card duly notarized. Self Attested copy Address Proof duly notarized. Original Share Certificate.
A stock power form formally instructs your broker to transfer ownership from the custodian to you. This form requires information, such as your full name, address and Social Security number. The description of the shares and how they are to be reissued. And your signature or that of the former custodian.
Request a Transfer of Stock Ownership form from your stockbroker or directly from the brokerage company. Write a letter with the instructions on the means of transfer to include with your Transfer of Stock Ownership form.
Request Letter for the change in name of the applicant Bank-DP. Certified true copy of the Board Resolution / Special Resolution. Certified true copy of fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for the change in the name of the Bank-DP (if applicable).
Step 1 — After you've logged in, select 'Start new form' from the left-hand menu. Step 2 — Select 'Change to company details' (484) from the list of forms. Step 3 — Select 'Change of address' from the list. Step 4 — Enter the details of the new address.
