Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

Perfect for merging multiple JPG images into a compact PDF
This app / web page allowed me to easily merge six JPG image files (each 2550x3300 pixels, some included photos) into a single compressed PDF document that was small enough (7MB) to be easily shared as an email attachment. Did exactly the job I wanted it to!
