It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. wasn't aware i was paying for it until i saw the charge on my bank statement. that should have been clearer. will know more about how much i like it when i print the documents i have entered. i also would like a tech support number as i am very bad with computers.

Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

I love this application. I work extensively with government forms for skilled nursing facilities. So far your program is the best for making the forms look professional and for ease of use!

Good and easy to use
Good! The application help me alot with my work and documentation. It is quite easy to use for a first time user. I could figure it out how to go about.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.
