What our customers say about pdfFiller

See for yourself by reading reviews on the most popular resources:
I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

Easy to use but should advise up front that paid membership is required as once document is completed a person is pretty much obligated if they want to send or print...

Setting up Legal Co-Ownership. Put both names on the title to a new car. One way to co-own a car is to purchase it together with another person. You can then put both of your names on the car's title.
Both named titleholders are legal owners. The only difference is how the names may be separated. If there is an AND between the names both named titleholders must sign the title for it to be sold or traded. If an OR separates the two names either can sign off on the title for it to be sold or traded.
All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
Take a look at the title. If the title says your name and then “AND/OR” the other person's name, you can title it yourself without the other person's permission or signature. Contact the person whose name you wish to remove from the title. Send the title in the mail to the person whose name you are removing.
If there are 2 owners listed on the front of a title, the majority of the time, both people will need to sign as the seller. If there is an 'or' in between the names, typically only 1 signature is required. Check your state title instructions from the links below for your specific state.
If a vehicle contains only the name of the primary borrower and the lender, then the co-signer (if any) has no rights to the vehicle. If the co-signer is listed on the vehicle's title, then he or she has the legal right to possess the vehicle.
Joint tenancy means your half of the car automatically goes to the other owner if you die. Tenancy in common means you can leave your half to whomever you'd like, as part of your estate. If you want to leave your share of the car to your co-owner, it makes sense to own the car in joint tenancy.
Broadly speaking, yes, a co-owner has equal rights to use and possession of the car, and can thus take the car.
