Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Thank you all so much again for your help! Keep up the excellent work you do!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs
Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Who owns the car if two names are on the title?
Both named titleholders are legal owners. The only difference is how the names may be separated. If there is an AND between the names both named titleholders must sign the title for it to be sold or traded. If an OR separates the two names either can sign off on the title for it to be sold or traded.
Can one person sell a car with two names on the title?
All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
What if the title has two names on it?
If the names on the title are not separated either by an AND or an OR it has the same meaning as an AND. Therefore, both named titleholders must sign over title for the vehicle to be legally sold, traded or gifted.
How do I take someone's name off my car title?
Take a look at the title. If the title says your name and then “AND/OR” the other person's name, you can title it yourself without the other person's permission or signature. Contact the person whose name you wish to remove from the title. Send the title in the mail to the person whose name you are removing.
Can I get a title loan with two names on the title?
Only the person with a name on the title can take out a title loan. If your name is on the title, then yes, you can take out an auto title loan. If you're using a car that has a title in someone else's name, you won't be able to borrow anything against it, even if you're the main driver.
How do you get someone's name off of a car title?
Take a look at the title. If the title says your name and then “AND/OR” the other person's name, you can title it yourself without the other person's permission or signature. Can I take someone off my car title?
If the title says and/or or or in the name field, you can remove one name from the title with just that one person's consent. If the title states only the word and, then both parties must be in agreement for one or both of the names to be removed from the title.
How much does it cost to take a name off a title?
It will depend on what state the property is in. For example, the minimum fee payable when having someone removed from a property title in NSW is $109.50. This fee must be paid to the NSW Government Land & Property Information Department.
