Overall a good experience. Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

In the People window, click the contact folder that you want to share. On the Home tab, click Share Contacts in the Share group (Figure A). In the resulting invitation, enter the address you want to share your contacts with in the To field.
Select the Home tab, then open the Address Book. Open the contact list you wish to share. While under the Contact Group tab, select the Forward Group option. An email is created with the contact list attached.
If you have an existing folder where you can copy the grouped contacts, drag the group from the list to the folder while holding down the [Ctrl] key. Doing so will copy the contacts to the folder. If you don't press [Ctrl] while dragging, Outlook will move the contacts from your default folder.
Open the e-mail containing the Contact Group. In Outlook, open the Contacts view. Drag the Contact Group attachment from the e-mail message onto the desired Contacts folder. Outlook automatically creates the contact entries for you:

Go to Open & Export and choose Import/Export. The Import/Export wizard will open asking how you wish to import. Select 'Comma Separated Values' and then click next. You will be asked to locate the CSV file on your computer, so make sure it is in an easy to locate place (such as desktop or downloads folder).
