Not a bad program to work on pdf documents and comes with an online storage box. It does require a monthly subscription fee for the service, but may be more affordable for some if you don't already have the more expensive Adobe Acrobat or other program.

Open a workbook. On the File tab, click Save As. Click Browse. Select PDF from the drop-down list. Click Options. You can publish a selection, active sheet or entire workbook. Click OK and then Click Save.
Double-click the .exe file, or right click it and select Run, or select Programs from your Windows Start menu and then List Bulk Export. Enter the URL of the portal you need to export from. Select if you will use the Interactive User or a Custom Account. When ready, click Connect.
Go to Save > Save As. Press CTRL+SHIFT’S. Click Save As (DMS) on the Document Management toolbar. If you have enabled Toolbar integration only in File Access Preferences, this is the only option that will work for you.
Once renamed, you will click the Save as type dropdown menu below the filename, select PDF as shown below and Save.
Open Microsoft Excel and load your Excel file. Go to the File menu > Export > Create PDF/XPS. Click the Publish button once you're all done with that. Open the exported PDF into your preferred PDF viewer.
