As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.
