The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

Nothing... I could get more options by upgrading my subsctiption but I am fine as it is for now.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. Life Saver
