I was annoyed that I had to enter credit card info for a free trial. It makes me feel as if I'm being tricked into keeping your service. Very pleased with how the product works though.

IT'S BETTER THAN DOCUSIGN I like that you can send to other to sign just like docusign. You can also fill in the blanks. You can share the info and even print. Also is not too pricey. What I don't like is, when I send to multiple signers anyone can sign even on my signature. I wish they'd allow set signatures per person so that folks won't get confused .

Meetings, however, can take a lot of your time. That's probably not time that you want to give away. I always recommend that freelancers ask how many meetings are required when they define the scope of a freelance project. Charge an hourly fee for the time you spend in meetings.
To set project-based fees, many creatives estimate the time that they will spend. They look at the scope of a project, estimate the number of hours, and then multiply the hours by their hourly rate. They add a few extra hours for buffer and send over a quote.
If you opt to go hourly, newer social media freelancer rates can hover around $15-$50 per hour. For more intermediate social media marketers, they can make $50-100 per hour. And an experienced social media manager can make $120+ or much higher.
The idea is to avoid a situation in which you ask for $100 an hour, but the prospective client only wants to meet for 30 minutes, so they're only willing to pay $50 for the meeting. Instead, tell the prospective client you charge $100 for an initial meeting, which can last up to one hour.
Hourly Rate. You are paid per hour of work. For example, if you charge $40/hour and work 8 hours in a day, you'll make $320 that day. Day Rate. You are paid by the day, no matter how many hours you work. For example, you charge a flat $400 day rate. Project Rate. You charge a fee for the entire project.

40 hours/week × 52 weeks/year = 2,080 hours. $100,000 desired salary ÷ 2,080 hours = roughly $50 per hour.
A pro might charge you $150 per hour for simple work, while a newbie may charge $30 per hour for a fairly complex project because they are building their portfolio. With this wide of a range, it's important to set your budget and determine your needs.
Calculate Your Hourly Rate Business schools teach a standard formula for determining an hourly rate: Add up your labor and overhead costs, add the profit you want to earn, then divide the total by your hours worked. This is the minimum you must charge to pay your expenses, pay yourself a salary, and earn a profit.
A freelance contract is much similar to, but more than that. Simply put, you create a freelance contract to have something solid to refer to when clients try to ask you work outside the scope of the project or when they try to change the project into something entirely different from what you agreed upon.
