Go to the Recover your account page. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype ID you used when you made your Microsoft account. If you have security info on your account, we'll send a one-time code to the alternate phone number or email address you gave us.
Go to the Microsoft account, Services & subscriptions page and sign in, if prompted. Select View product key. Note that this product key won't match the product key shown on an Office product key card or in the Microsoft Store for the same purchase. This is normal.
