With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. Has many great tools, but a little difficult to navigate, not clear instructions. I am sure I am not utilizing half of the features, it is trial and effort, not all successes, but slowly figuring things out.

I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.

Why can't I sign my PDF file?
Signing a form in Reader requires special right have to be assigned to the PDF by the creator of the form and for signatures, this requires the use of a special server. Maybe they expect you to print out the form, sign it with pen and ink, and then either fax it or scan it into another PDF and email the signed form.
How do you sign a signed PDF?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign.
Click the Sign icon in the toolbar.
The Fill & Sign tool is displayed.
The form fields are detected automatically.
Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
