Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs
Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Can a signature be notarized after it is signed?
As long as the signer is personally present before the notary and acknowledges the signature, then the notary can proceed with performing the notarial act. If the document has already been signed, the signer can sign his or her name again above or next to the first signature. You can then proceed with the notarization.
Can you notarize a signature without the person present?
It is not legal. If a document is notarized without the person signing it being present, the notarization is invalid. Both the person in whose name the document is being notarized and the notary could face all kinds of legal problems, both civil and criminal.
What happens to the notary if they notarize a document without the signer being present?
If this happens, some states permit the signer to sign the document in front of or acknowledge signing it to a witness. The witness not the signer than appears before the Notary. Based upon the witness's oath, the Notary performs the notarization. This is called a proof of execution by subscribing witness.
Can you notarize something that's already been signed?
As long as the signer is personally present before the notary and acknowledges the signature, then the notary can proceed with performing the notarial act. If the document has already been signed, the signer can sign his or her name again above or next to the first signature. You can then proceed with the notarization.
Do both parties have to be present to get something notarized?
Do all parties have to be present at the same place and time for a document to be notarized? Usually not, but it is best to ask your selected notary regarding the proper procedures in your state.
How do you notarize a document without the present?
A notary may not perform a notarial act by telephone or email or any other electronic device if the signer is not physically present in front of the notary (face-to-face) at the time of the notarization.
Do I have to sign in front of notary?
To get something notarized, you must sign it in the presence of a notary public. The notary must actually watch as you sign the document. So, DO NOT SIGN your document before meeting the notary public. The notary will either refuse your document or require that you sign it again in front of them.
Which Notary Act does not require the signer to sign in front of the notary?
The answer depends on the notarial act being performed. If the principal signer signed a document and requires acknowledgment wording, the signer does not have to sign in front of you. The signer can, for example, sign at home in the presence of witnesses, then bring the document to you to have the signature notarized.
