An app update today will bring a bookmark button under each Instagram photo. You can click on it to save the post and send it off to a gallery that only you can see at a later time. It's essentially a curated version of Liked Photos. Instagram tells us you will not be notified if someone has bookmarked your post.
Do you get notified when someone saves your post on Instagram?
When you decide you want to revisit the post, tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the app and from there you will be able to see all the posts you've saved, which are only visible to you and no one will be notified that you've saved them, according to Instagram.
Can I see who saved my posts on Instagram?
Unfortunately, there's no way to see who actually saved your post on Instagram because this would violate people's privacy. The main point of saving pictures is so that you can go back to the picture and feel free to know that no one knows that you've saved it.
Does Instagram send a notification when you save a photo?
No, Instagram doesn't notify users when you take a screenshot of their post. Posts are essentially all the photos and videos you see on Instagram's home feed or in the Explore tab. Instagram also doesn't send an alert when you screen grab a post right from someone's profile page.

How can you tell if someone has looked at your Instagram pictures?
To see posts you've saved and the collections you've created, go to your profile and tap. Only you can see the posts you've saved. When you save someone's post, they're not able to tell that you've saved it.
Why are my bookmarks duplicating themselves?
Some extensions will duplicate bookmarks. You either need to disable these extensions, or uncheck bookmark syncing in Chrome “Set up sync” on every device. If your synced data (bookmarks, apps, etc) is showing up in Chrome on your computer or phone, sign in to your Google Dashboard.
