It's easy to use, I do like it; but it is a little expensive, $80/year is a lot. I use it maybe once or twice per month. I think you would have more customers if it was less expensive.

The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
The co-signer offers a safeguard to the landlord as a source of income he can collect from should the primary borrower default. Co-signing for an apartment lease does not affect your ability to get other credit or your own apartment rental lease -- unless the co-signed lease is in a negative status.
A person can have as many leases signed as the person can find landlords with whom to sign the leases. That is, it would not be unlawful that a person is the tenant for two places at the same time
If so, and if you can afford the rent on both properties, there is no reason why you can't. If you do not give the amount of notice specified in your tenancy agreement, you are breaching it. You are not intending to run two tenancies for any length of time, so you are not breaking any laws.
Co-tenancy is when there are two or more tenants who have signed the same lease. If you are Co-Tenants then you will be Jointly and Severally Liable under that agreement. This means that if you leave before your lease is up, but your name remains on the tenancy agreement, you may still be liable for the rent payments.
Generally, this will be up to two factors. Your local and state laws and what's written in the lease. If the laws dictate that a child can be a tenant than it will be up to the lease to confirm the age. In many states, any child under the age of 18 is not considered an occupant or tenant.
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. If the new tenant fails to pay rent or damages the rental, your landlord could look to you for compensation.
Even if you break your lease to move to another state, your landlord must legally take steps to re-rent the apartment and credit what they make on that rent to what you still owe. Some leases specifically state that if you are unhappy with your unit, you may have the opportunity to transfer to another apartment.
Landlords can refuse consent if the proposed new tenant cannot provide good references or has no previous trading history. However, the landlord may give consent subject to conditions (but any conditions must themselves be reasonable.) Of course the tenant may not agree with the landlords reasons if consent is withheld.
