How do I log my driving hours?
Complete your logging hours during the day and night. Most states require a certain amount of hours to be completed during both day and night. Drive under all the required weather conditions. Do not drive with minors in the car. Always have your learner's permit with you while logging hours.

Logbook: A written or electronic record of a driver's duty status which must be maintained at all times. The driver records the amount of time spent driving, on-duty not driving, in the sleeper berth, or off duty.
