Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
How do you write a copyright notice for photography?
Use The Right Format The symbol © (a letter C in a circle), the word Copyright or the abbreviation Copy. The year of first publication followed by a hyphen and the year of last publication. If your website only includes images published during the same year then a single year of first publication would be enough.
Can a newspaper use my picture without my permission?
It depends on what you mean by my image. This is rare. In most cases, they would need to have your permission in order to use an image you are the copyright holder of. If you mean that the image has you in it, yes. Your consent is not required for anyone, be it a newspaper or otherwise, to publish an image of you.
Can my image be used without my permission?
Sometimes permission is not required from the copyright holder to copy an image, such as if the copyright has expired. People can use copyright works without permission from the copyright owner, such as for private study or non- commercial research, although some exceptions are not available for photographs.
Can companies use your photo without consent?
When a business uses the image or likeness of an individual without his or her consent or permission, they may file a suit for misappropriation of likeness. In many states, those that use a person's likeness or characteristics may be sued if they use these for personal gain or exploitative purposes.
Is it illegal to upload a photo of someone without permission?
Photos of a person taken in public can be legally posted without their consent as there are no laws protecting one from such actions. It is possible to take legal action for photos that clearly misrepresent you, create a false impression or injure your reputation.
What happens if you use an image without permission?
If you reproduce, publish or distribute a copyrighted work (or a work derived from a copyrighted work) without permission or a valid license, you are committing a legal offense namely, copyright infringement.
Can a newspaper print your name without permission?
Generally, unless editors can prove there is a public interest in doing so, newspapers are not allowed to print: However, if there is a public interest in naming them, journalists are allowed to do this.
Can someone use my name without my consent?
In most states, you can be sued for using someone else's name, likeness, or other personal attributes without permission for an exploitative purpose. A person's entire name need not be used. If the person could reasonably be identified, the misappropriation claim probably will be valid.
