tough start, but Sam saved the day! SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

An Alternative To Adobe Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions.... It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there! I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

Be patient! Don't blame her irritability on her period, but try to understand where she's coming from. Bring her the food she craves. Be attentive. Give her a massage. Give her space.
Encourage her to stay active. Suggest that she lie down and gently rub her abdomen to help relax the muscles. Ask her doctor for a recommendation of herbal remedies or medicines that may relieve symptoms.
Your period may come with cramps and this is known as amenorrhea. PMS is a collection of symptoms that some women get around the time of their periods. It can include headaches, back pain, irritability or moodiness, feeling sad or emotional, bloating, and breast tenderness.
Think of period fluids as extra lube. Lube makes sex better, end of story. Get it on when you're horny. But if you're not in the mood, know that that's okay too. Don't forsake birth control. Don't be afraid of orals. Practice safe sex. Enjoy the pain-relieving power of orgasms.
Exercise with Lighter Activities. Hug a Heating Pad. Drink Water and Stay Hydrated. Eat Good-For-You Foods. Avoid Caffeine. Catch Your Zs. Take Notes. Use Period Protection that Lets You Stay Active.
Exercise. Try to be active for at least 30 minutes more days of the week than not. Nutrition. Try to resist the junk food cravings that can come with PMS. Sleep. Not getting enough sleep can kill your mood if you're weeks away from your period. Stress. Unmanaged stress can worsen mood swings.
Encourage her to stay active. Regular exercise and stretching will help ease her cramps. Suggest that she lie down and gently rub her abdomen to help relax the muscles. Ask her doctor for a recommendation of herbal remedies or medicines that may relieve symptoms.
Feeling Good: The Follicular Phase and Ovulation This is more likely to be your happy time of the month. However, there may be a biological basis for the happiness of the first half of a woman's cycle. The good feelings may stem from a more sensitive brain.
