4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

This web site contained the basic form I needed for a transaction requested by my clients and greatly reduced the time spent preparing the documents required to commemorate the agreement of the parties to the transaction.

Training records must be retained for three years from the date on which the training occurred, although it is advisable to retain training records for the duration of employment.
Employers must save the OSHA 300 Log, the Form 300-A (annual summary), privacy case lists, and the Form 301 Incident Report forms for five years. The stored OSHA 300 Logs must be updated by the employer to include any newly discovered recordable injuries or illnesses.
OSHA regulations further require covered employers to maintain its Logs, Incident Report forms and annual summaries for five calendar years and to make this information available to its employees, OSHA, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Training records can be used to create incentive programs based on merits. Easily identify who has specific skills that can help employers streamline the organization's work assignments. Writing performance reviews can be made easier by reviewing training records and scores.
Why should I keep records? Just as training compliance has its obligations, so might the relevant record keeping. As an example, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health regulation requires that all employers report and keep incident information for any and all occupational injuries and illnesses.
Examples of required documents include official injury and illness logs (OSHA 300, 301 and 300A) or your company's Hazard Communication Program. Your company representative should be familiar with required records and be ready to produce them as requested.
OSHA inspections are generally unannounced. In fact, except in four exceptional circumstances when advance notice may be given, it is a criminal offense for any person to give unauthorized advance notice of an OSHA inspection.
Training Records: OSHA requires that you retain training records for employees for three years. We recommend that you keep employee training records for the length of employment plus a minimum of five years.
Background data related to environmental, or workplace, monitoring or measuring such as laboratory reports and worksheets must only be retained for 1 year, so long as you preserve certain interpretive documents relevant to the interpretation of the data for 30 years.
You must keep all payroll records for at least three years, according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA). And, you need to keep records that show how you determined wages for two years (e.g., time cards that comply with FLEA timekeeping requirements).
Basic requirement. You must save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one exists), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records cover.
Training Records: OSHA requires that you retain training records for employees for three years. We recommend that you keep employee training records for the length of employment plus a minimum of five years.
OSHA requires companies to have a written record of any work related incidents for a minimum of 3 years. Keeping incident records provide a broad-spectrum of information about the circumstance as well as help establish a better course of action for future incident prevention.
It is essential that you test your employees' understanding of the training they received and document the test in order to avoid violations of OSHA training requirements. Employee tests will identify weak spots in your safety and health training and show you exactly where your training needs to be improved.
While OSHA doesn't require that all training be recorded, many companies choose to document any formal safety training they do for each of their employees. Some companies also choose to go above and beyond the specifics required by OSHA by providing additional information.
