After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

This is easy to use. Since I have only one document to process and a CPA does my taxes, the cost of month-to-month seems high. I do hope it's easy to unsubscribe. I can't stand the way peoplefinders tries to undermine one-time usage. So thanks for your clarity and integrity.

When I had a deadline to meet and needed to get a series of pdf documents ready ASAP, I was able to use the template feature to save certain information to all docs at once and just fill in the info that differed. I've been using this app to help me… I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
