Would like it if curser could "snap" to alignment, both vertical and horizontal, and then being able to maybe 'nudge' characters after typing using arrow keys. The red dashed line is very helpful, but getting things looking perfectly aligned takes careful precision with the mouse.

I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.

Invoice form is a form of billing issued by a seller to a buyer indicating the quantities, products, agreed prices for products or services. Try the Latest version of Online Invoicing Software.
In and of itself, an invoice is not a legally binding agreement. If both sides do not agree to the invoice, then it is not legally binding. The tenuous legal standing of an invoice is the very reason why vendors require signatures from the client, or some other binding form of acceptance, before sending out a product.
Invoices are a legal necessity. They are required to keep track of business expenses, sales, customer payments, and outstanding debts.
Invoices are documents sent by a seller to the buyer after the goods or services have been delivered. It identifies the seller, buyer, and the products or services sold, including their quantities and prices. It is legally-binding after both sides have agreed to the conditions and is also non-negotiable.
An invoice is not a legal document on its own. While invoicing is an important accounting practice for businesses, invoices do not serve as a legally binding agreement between the business and its client. That's because an invoice leaves too much room for manipulation to serve as a legal document.
A sales invoice, or sales bill, is an essential and common document used by all kinds of companies. Companies use sales invoices to inform customers of the amount they owe in exchange for goods or services that were sold. Most sales invoices will always include information as to when payment is expected.
When to send an invoice It's best to send your invoice as soon as an order is filled or the work is done especially if you do one-off projects and odd jobs. If you're working on a big project, you might send interim invoices every two to four weeks.
Once a customer pays their bill, the company will provide them a receipt which is a proof of payment. An invoice comes before a payment has been, while a receipt comes after the payment has been made.
Weigh your options. Ask yourself if chasing down the client is really worth it. Follow up. Don't hesitate to send out an email if the invoice has not been paid by the agreed-upon date. Talk to a lawyer. Hire a collection agency.
From a customer or client point of view, invoices help them see what they're getting for their money. That doesn't mean you can't be paid before sending an invoice, but it is the way that most business transactions work. Even if you are paid before you send an invoice, your customer will expect you to send one in.
