Love it, I can fill in forms and not use my terrible handwriting. I get the fill on items that I look at and your app is blocking me from seeing it on the screen.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
signatory. A signatory is someone who signs a document and is subject to it. A signatory is someone who signs a contract, therefore creating a legal obligation. There could be several signatories for a specific contract. Over time, this word has often been used for a person or country who signs a peace treaty.
As nouns the difference between signature and signatory is that signature is a's name, written by that person, used to signify approval of accompanying material, such as a legal contract while signatory is one who signs or has signed something.
An authorized signatory is defined as a director of the issuer or another person who has been authorised to sign documents and has notified the trustee that they've been given the power to do so. A representative or officer is normally given the power to sign the organization to an agreement that's binding.
In most cases the directors will have authority to bind the company in contract, but it is not always so clear-cut. Contracts can be signed on behalf of a company by a person acting under the company's express, implied or apparent authority.
The contract must be signed on behalf of the company either by: a director, company secretary or authorized signatory and that person's signature must then be witnessed by someone else; or. two directors, two authorized signatories, or a director and the company secretary.
Authorised Signer Definition Typically, authorized signers can sign checks and withdraw or deposit funds without having to ask the owner for permission. However, any transactions made by the signer must be for you as the owner of the account.
On a business account, signers can close accounts; but many banks require at least two account signers to close a non-personal account, and refuse to close an account if only one named signer attempts to do so.
The French government became a signatory of the treaty, signing the document in the late 1800s. Stepping back from the agreement, the U.S. refused to be a signatory. I purchased the house in September, but my dad was also a signatory on the loan.
In the United States, signatures encompass marks and actions of all sorts that are indicative of identity and intent. The legal rule is that unless a statute specifically prescribes a particular method of making a signature it may be made in any number of ways. These include by a mechanical or rubber stamp facsimile.
Generally yes. Any writing intended to be a signature *is* a signature. The Uniform Commercial Code section on commercail paper describes what a signature is: What are some suggestions for identifying the artist's signature on a 1989 drawing?
Traditionally, signatures are in cursive, but it can be argued that it's not a requirement. This means that with a wet signature (i.e. a signature that is written rather than electronically typed), a person could potentially use their printed (non-cursive) name or even a symbol like a happy face as a valid signature.
Official answer: yes, you can be made to sign your full and complete name. Unofficial answer: only if it's legible. Technically, your signature is whatever you say it is, provided it can be considered unique.
Keep in mind what a signature is for. It's to prove that you agreed to the contract. So if it's not likely that anyone would dispute your agreement to the deal, then a photo is not that risky. It's to prove that you agreed to the contract.
Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary. As long as it adequately records the intent of the parties involved in a contractual agreement, it's considered a valid signature. Usually this mark is made by a pen, but not necessarily.
