I can accomplish most of what I need, but can't use the erase feature unless we pay another9.99 a month. I think that's excessive. Other than that, I like the system.

So far so good. One change I would like to see, when I insert check marks and x's on a specific row, they come out unaligned. WOuld be nice if they were all aligned

One commonly used tool is the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidential or trade secret agreement. An NDA is a legally binding contract that requires parties to keep confidentiality for a defined period of time. It's up to the parties to decide what would be considered confidential and what is not.
A mutual confidentiality agreement is also sometimes called a mutual non-disclosure agreement. It is a legal document and contract that requires both parties that sign the agreement to not disclose any information protected by the agreement.

Although a confidentiality clause can 'survive' the term of the agreement, the standard term of survival for a confidentiality clause is generally two to four years after the termination date.

But what happens when a person breaks an NDA? An NDA is a civil contract, so breaking one isn't usually a crime. In practice, when somebody breaks a non-disclosure agreement, they face the threat of being sued and could be required to pay financial damages and related costs.
You can say you signed an NDA. Saying “I signed an NDA" is the same as saying "I am not allowed to say anymore." Saying nothing implies the same, but can be illegal.
A spousal communications privilege applies in civil and in criminal cases. Both the witness-spouse and the accused-spouse have the spousal communications privilege, so either may invoke it to prevent the witness-spouse from testifying about a confidential communication made during the marriage.
