Ticketmaster is unable to facilitate name changes as the ticket must remain in the name of the cardholder. However the name on the ticket will not affect who is admitted to the event. As long as the attendee has the valid printed ticket in their possession there will be no problem using it to gain entry to the event.
If your tickets are sold, we will automatically notify you via email. To check on the status of your posted tickets, go to your Listings page. You'll receive your payout typically within 7 days after the event. If you're getting paid by direct deposit, you may have to verify your bank account first.
Viagogo says it's selling “official tickets", and Ticketmaster Resale maintains it's “safe and secure".
What is the dialog Guarantee? Buyers are guaranteed to receive valid tickets in time for the event. If a problem arises, dialog will step in to provide comparable replacement tickets or a refund. Forms must be returned to dialog 10 working days after receiving them, in order to apply for a refund.

In some instances the original purchaser's name may be printed on your tickets. Your name does not need to match the name printed on the ticket to gain entry to the event.
