How to Use the Signaturit Quoted Price Information Feature

The Signaturit Quoted Price Information feature is a powerful tool that allows you to easily provide accurate price quotes to your clients. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Signaturit platform and log in to your account.

Once logged in, navigate to the document you want to work with.

Click on the 'Quoted Price Information' tab located on the top menu.

In the 'Quoted Price Information' section, you will find a form where you can enter the details of the quote. Fill in the required fields such as the item description, quantity, unit price, and any additional notes or terms.

After filling in the necessary information, click on the 'Save' button to save the quoted price information.

You can now easily share the quote with your client by clicking on the 'Share' button. This will generate a unique link that you can send to your client via email or any other communication channel.

Your client will receive the quote and can review the details. They can also accept or decline the quote directly from the link.

Once your client accepts the quote, you will be notified, and the document will be updated with the accepted status.

If any changes need to be made to the quote, you can easily edit it by clicking on the 'Edit' button. This will allow you to update the details and resend the quote to your client.

You can track the status of your quotes by going to the 'Quoted Price Information' tab and checking the 'Status' column. This will give you an overview of which quotes are pending, accepted, or declined.

Additionally, you can export the quoted price information as a PDF or CSV file by clicking on the 'Export' button. This will allow you to keep a record of your quotes for future reference.
