So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

Filling PDF files for formal use The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage. The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

A lease is a contract between a landlord and a tenant. It defines the requirements for the tenant to rent the apartment and acknowledges the landlords responsibilities for keeping the apartment in a livable condition. Before you sign a lease agreement for an apartment, consider some essential questions.
Advance Rent Expect to pay the first month's rent, and possibly the last month's as well, to your landlord at lease signing. This may seem like much money up front, but remember that your lease is starting, and so you need to begin paying your monthly rent anyway.
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
Understand the potential penalties. The landlord tenant laws that allow you to break a lease are different from state to state. Check your lease. Talk to your landlord about breaking a lease. Offer to help find a new tenant. Consider subletting to avoid breaking a lease.
No Cooling Off Period There is no “cooling off" period for residential releases. In some states, a cooling-off period is required for certain contracts, which give signers a window of time, typically one to three days, during which they can void the contract if they change their mind.
If you haven't signed a lease, there is nothing the “back out of". There is no deal until the lease is executed by BOTH parties. You're under no obligation to rent the unit until you sign the lease. Ha, you're fine.
While some jurisdictions may have provisions that allow consumers to change their minds with no consequences, generally there is no cooling-off period for leasing real property. Once the landlord and tenant sign a lease and a copy is delivered to the both parties, it becomes a valid contract.
