Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

PDFfiller in a medical office Overall, very pleased with the program. Love the east of use, wish the file saving was a little easier. I like being able to upload patient forms that need completed (i.e. FMLA or short term disability) and completing neatly with PDFfiller, instead of handwriting, etc. I love the east of emailing or faxing directly from the program as well. The confirmation of receipt or email being read is nice. Some times the text boxes are difficult to line up or get placed properly but I really feel with more use I will become better with these small tweaks.

The stickers and the reward reinforce the positive behavior. When your child tries hard to change his behavior, a reward chart can show him when he's done a perfect job and keep him motivated. Reward charts can also help you to focus on the positives in your child's behavior.
Reward charts work well for children aged 3-8 years. You can use a reward chart when your child needs to work on changing her behavior. Your child collects stickers or tokens for the chart each time she behaves the way you want.
In many ways, they do. The problem with sticker charts and similar reward systems is not that they don't work. Rather, they can work too well, creating significant negative and unintended long-term consequences for both the kids and their families.
Keep it simple. Be specific on the behavior. Be specific on the prize. Choose small prizes. Be consistent. Keep it positive. Plan to phase it out eventually. Set your kid up for success.
Rewards can encourage your child's good behaviors. The way you respond right after your child's behaviors makes the behavior more or less likely to happen again. Rewards can help get your child to do more of the things you want her to do. Rewards that happen right after a behavior are best.
When you feel good about your child, say so. Try to praise more than you criticize. Look for little changes and successes. Accept that everyone's different. Surprise your child with a reward for good behavior.
But the data overwhelmingly indicates that sticker charts DO work to help a child to change his or her behavior. Obviously, they do not work for every child, nor do they remove problematic child behavior altogether. But in general, they are effective if you are using the correct method to implement them.
