Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. I thought I only needed this temporarily
I thought I only needed this for an isolated use, but found it was much more useful in future applications. I appreciated it in a pinch.

If I had the option to put 100 stars, I would. This product is fantastic. There are small issues with reformatting, but I think the user can get over that.
