My original reason for joining was just to try the program and use the conversion from PDF to Word feature. Our club has need for developing forms and sign in documentation which I am exploring your features. Not as easy as I would have liked. Good product so far for my needs, but I'll make a final decision towards the end of my trial version.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I prevent content copying from a PDF?
The “Permissions” setting controls restrictions that can be placed on the PDF file. To prevent the text and graphics from being copied from the PDF file, uncheck the “Allow text and graphics to be copied” option. You must always enter a master password when security options are enabled.
How do you create a document that Cannot be copied or printed?
Click File > Info > Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. Your document then displays a Restrict Editing pane on the right-hand side of the document for formatting and editing restrictions.
How do I protect a PDF from copying and printing for free?
Protect PDF from Copying and Editing Go to the “Protect” tab, then click the “Set Password” button. Then select the option of “Permission Password”. Enter your desired password and permissions. Once confirmed, click on “Save” button to apply, and save your PDF file.
