What do you like best?
Easy to use but comprehensive options for editing. Quick and efficient which is important with time sensitive docs and a busy life. Some recent new features tells me the company is progressive. I was having technical difficulties one day and support was responsive. I've tried numerous PDF/Editing programs. and this is by far my favorite. It's web based not some ap that you have to download that later crashes your computer. Can access it from any PC so that helps too.
What do you dislike?
The price is substantially more that I'd like to see. Takes a bit to save file to PC once done editing. can be a little slow at times but still a reliable tool I use at least weekly if not daily. Something in the $50 range would be delightful and it's well above that currently. Maybe efax for this price I have not used the esign feature yet so maybe will try that given our member benefit program is lapsing.

Quick way to edit and correct documents. Easy to save and access later. Lots of options for composing sending and revising. I only use basic functions but there are several ways to use this valuable tool beyond the features I use that exceed other competitors.

In Microsoft Word 2013, choose All Markup to see every contributor's changes. Fortunately, Word 2013 offers an additional option called Simple Markup, which is now the default choice when you turn on Track Changes. Simple Markup just displays a red vertical track line adjacent to each line of text with changes.
(+) Simple Markup places a red line in the margin where a change has been made. All Markup shows each person's edits in different colors of text and with strike through formatting. No Markup shows how the incorporated changes will look. Original shows the original document.
Click the File > Print menu. Choose the ScanSoft PDF Create! printer. On the same dialog, on the Print What field, choose Document showing Markup. Click Print. Assign the file a name and click Save.
On the Review tab, in the Tracking group, select Show Markup. Do one of the following: Select to select the type of change that you want to display. For example, select Comments or Insertions and Deletions. The check mark next to the item indicates that the item is selected.
Word cannot print simple markup and display the comment icons at the same time. In the File > Print page, if the first dropdown below the Settings heading has “Print Markup" checked, then it will print all markup (both comments and tracked changes) regardless of the markup setting on the Review tab.
Word includes the ability to print your documents with or without “markup" showing. Markup is defined as editing marks (using Word's Track Changes feature) and comments placed in a document during its development. If you choose Document with Markup, then the markup is printed along with the document.
To review changes one at a time, click Review then Accept or Reject. On the Review tab, in the Comments group, click the arrow below Delete, then click Delete All Comments in Document.
