I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

On first blush, this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Caliber is used to describe the size of a rifle or handgun bore and the size of cartridges designed for different bores. Caliber is usually measured as the diameter of the bore from land to opposite land and is expressed in hundredths of an inch, thousandths of an inch, or millimeters. For example, a.
Calibers fall into four general categories by size. Small-bore refers to calibers with a diameter of .32 inches or smaller. The medium-bore refers to calibers with a diameter between .33 inches up to .39 inches and large-bore refers to calibers with a diameter of .40 inches or larger.
The term caliber refers to the diameter of a rifle or handgun's bore. It can also refer to the diameter of a bullet. Firearm calibers are usually measured in millimeters, hundredths of an inch or thousandths of an inch. For example, a 9 mm handgun has a bore that measures approximately 9 mm in diameter.
Bullet Size & Caliber For guns, caliber means the diameter of the barrel and thus the diameter of the bullet that is going through it. Usually in inches or mm. Also, for terminology's sake, bullet just means the metal projectile, while the entire thing is called a cartridge.
Caliber is used to describe the size of a rifle or handgun bore and the size of cartridges designed for different bores. Caliber is usually measured as the diameter of the bore from land to opposite land and is expressed in hundredths of an inch, thousandths of an inch, or millimeters. For example, a.
30 caliber (7.62 mm) bore diameter. However, it actually shoots. 308 (7.82 mm) bullets.
Assuming you mean caliber as measured in inches, the 9 mm is basically a . 38 caliber bullet (. 38 of an inch in diameter).
We see a lot of calibers like 5.56 mm, 6.5 mm, 6.8 mm, 7 mm, 7.62 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, etc. So, a 30-caliber bullet is actually 0.30 diameter, but it's also a 7.62 mm diameter. So a 30 caliber is 30 units of 100 units (0.30”), and a 50 caliber is 50 units of 100 units, meaning a 50-cal is a 1/2 inch bullet.
